What has to be true before a name or mark appears
- A signed agreement — not a conversation, a pilot or an introduction
- Written consent from the counterparty to be named and to have their mark shown
- A description of what the relationship actually covers, published alongside the name
- Confirmation that the relationship is current, and applies to Emin specifically
- Disclosure of any payment flowing in either direction
